Dhruv Maithani

Senior Design Strategist

Dhruv is an advertising professional turned design strategist. At Now Form, his work has primarily been working alongside BCG stakeholders to create digital solutions for a fintech client. He has also worked on the end-to-end UX/UI for Marriott International’s customer-facing and internal food delivery applications.

In his previous work experience, he lead a team to launch Uber Moto, creating their go-to-market strategy and brand identity. Dhruv also managed various brands for Yum Foods, including KFC, Pizza Hut, and Coca-Cola’s ‘Thums-Up’.

In his spare time, he’s made many short films for India Film Project, Asia’s largest filmmaking competition, featured on MTV. He is an advanced scuba diver and avidly interested in spinning poi. Dhruv had a formal BBA education from GGSIPU with a Usability Analyst certification from HFI.

Drishti Sharma

Client Relations

Drishti is a management practice professional with a focus on marketing, conscious leadership and communications. Her approach to projects blends technical finesse, principles of pragmatism & collaboration with tangible business outcomes to form the cornerstone of her management philosophy.

 

At Now Form, Drishti has carved a niche managing cross-functional stakeholders, delivery, and implementation efforts on design interventions for a notable FinTech client with Boston Consulting Group. She has also nurtured meaningful partnerships on digital solutions with clients across industries such as SBI Card, Sarita Handa, and the Kochi Biennale Foundation.

 

Born and bred in Guwahati, Assam, she is a graduate with Honors in Literature from Hansraj College and is also a Vedica Scholar. In the past, Drishti has worked as a marketing strategy associate with The Piano Man and Masters Union School of Business. In capacity as a freelance writer, she has also created assets for brands like BreadTalk India, The Revolver Club and The Groove.

Tishyo

Client Relations

Tishyo brings extensive experience in managing multi-disciplinary projects across various industries, including independent music, game development, wedding planning, and design. As a project manager at Now Form, he takes charge of diverse endeavours, collaborating with fintech giants like SBI Card, while also managing impactful projects including Pink List and Justice Collective.

 

Before joining Now Form, Tishyo worked in the game design and development space, making his mark with Artickle Design Studio, an indie game design studio. Notably, he held the prestigious position of Delhi chapter lead for the House Concert Foundation, organizing over 50 concerts both offline and online in the city of Delhi. He has collaborated with various governmental and private companies such as ASI, IIT Jodhpur, The Meghalayan Age, Greater Than across a variety of projects and events. Tishyo’s versatile skill set and multi-disciplinary approach play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless project journeys at Now Form, while his ability to motivate and unite the team keeps everyone focused on success.

Tirnap Singh

Design Strategist

Tirnap Singh is a design strategist specializing in UX/UI, branding, and packaging design. He focuses on creating impactful design experiences to address user and business challenges. At Now Form, he’s successfully enhanced the Mobile Banking Experience for a notable Fintech client, improving usability and functionality for their end customers.

 

Prior to Nowform, he worked at Ernst & Young, where he headed a global team as a UX Analyst to digitize a fintech client’s system by creating a seamless user experience, catering to a diverse user base. He also worked at Lucid Design in Bengaluru, collaborating closely with FMCG clients on visual identity and packaging design projects. He completed his post-graduation in visual communication design at MIT Institute of Design, Pune.

Namita Sunil

Design Strategist

Namita is a Design Strategist focusing on UX/UI, illustration, and research. At Now Form, she’s developed digital solutions for clients, including TLC Digitech, Sarita Handa and SBI Card. She has also worked on the design and research communication strategy for Justice Collective and Pink List.

 

Before Now Form, she worked with various national and international clients. Some of her work includes branding, visual identity and web design for the Berlin-based project Justice Collective, focusing on anti-incarceration, editorial illustrations for Progressive International, a global network of left-wing activists and organisations and Akademi Mag, a print and web publication dedicated to politics, art, culture and society.

 

Her ongoing personal project documenting drag queen Dame Imfala’s performance looks as illustrated Tarot Cards has been featured in Vogue, India. A NIFT, New Delhi graduate, she enjoys sketching comics, reading New Sincerity literature, and modeling in her spare time.

Wamika Gera

Design Strategist

Wamika is a Design Strategist at Now Form; she enjoys working across a mix of mediums with a research-led approach. As a Design Strategist, she has collaborated across fashion, finance, and culture-oriented projects focussing on digital solutions. Her client list includes November Noon, Gundi Studios, Lightbox, Sarita Handa, SBI Card, Border & Fall, and Pink List India.

 

After graduating from the MIT Institute of Design in Fashion Communication in 2020, she joined Verve Magazine as an Editorial Intern, then as a Junior Graphic Designer. She was a part of The Cinema Issue microsite’s team for Verve’s 25th anniversary. Further, she created editorial graphics for Netflix, Amrut Whiskey, and Lakmé Fashion Week on Verve’s website and socials.

 

Wamika has also collaborated with perfumer Jahnvi Nandan Lakhota and her studio, The Perfume Library. She has visualised and created brand collateral, including the book design for Confessions of Smell – a narrative on the journey of smell, written by Jahnvi Nandan Lakhota with photographs by Shivani Gupta. Aside from this, she worked as an art director with Goa-based contemporary jewellery brand Shop Lune.

Ravee Deshpande

Design Strategist

Ravee Deshpande is a design strategist at NowForm with over 5+ years of expertise at the intersection of design, strategy, and research. With a keen interest in narrative and data visualization, she has collaborated with prominent clients across technology, healthcare, and finance, including Avendus, Cubyts, and Decim.l. Ravee’s portfolio encompasses diverse projects, from branding and identity systems to complex digital solutions, all approached with a research-led methodology.

 

Prior to Now Form, Ravee worked with ASDS in Mumbai, where she focused on brand development and strategy for notable clients such as Taj Mahal Palace, Moonshine Meadery, and the Phoenix Group. Before that she worked at the Chicago Design Museum curating exhibits surrounding art, culture, and the city of Chicago itself. Originally from Pune, India, Ravee is a graduate of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2018, with a degree in Visual Communication.

Charu Pragya

Impact Lead & Head of Research

Charu Pragya is the Impact Lead & Head of Research at Now Form. Her core expertise lies in principles of social design and using design methodologies as effective tools to address complex HCI issues. In the past, Charu Pragya has worked in intergovernmental research and advocacy, and media, providing consultation services on projects by the GiZ, ILO, and the World Bank, amongst others. She also served as the founding editor of Akademi Mag, a critical design publication at the intersections of social commentary, culture, and politics. She has spoken at various design conferences such as Typographics 2021 and TypeWknd 2021. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Delhi University and a Masters degree in Philosophy from Columbia University.

Harshal Duddalwar

Design Strategist

Harshal is a communication designer with a focus on traditional graphic design, typography and UX/UI. He helped design the interface of the art platform, Terrain.art and also worked on the identity for Raw Mango’s campaign titled Other.

Before Now Form, Harshal worked as a brand designer at Leaf. He also worked as a UX/UI designer at Microsoft as a part of the Office Lens team. He has also worked with Animal, ITC, The Minimalist and Cartoon Mango in the past. Harshal also practises branding and experience design projects independently and designed a website for Verve Magazine.

He received his B.Des with Honors in Graphic Design from MITID, Pune and will be attending the Rhode Island School of Design in Fall 2021 for his MFA.

Nabhya Parmar

Design Strategist

Nabhya Parmar is a design strategist, focussing on branding and UI Design. He’s interested in bridging technology and design, using softwares such as Processing 3 and P5.js.

Before Now Form, he had worked with Mumbai based design studio Pigeon & Co and Bakheda Co., a brand accelerator in Delhi where he worked with brands such as Paytm Insider, creating assets for social media and new campaigns, and Swedish paper company, Northstar Paper where Nabhya designed their company website and brand collaterals.

Nabhya is a graduate from MAEER’s MIT ADT University, Pune with a B.Des in Graphic Design.
