Strategy

A comprehensive understanding of industries and technology resources helps us design better. As a strategic studio, we add value to our design outputs by substantiating them through research (primary and secondary), benchmarks, and user feedback.

Contextualise-Empathise-Strategise

We work at the intersection of marketing, information technology, and business functions to get a comprehensive understanding of our client’s business.

Conversations are a crucial part of our design process. Through dialogue, we can foster honest relationships with our clients. An equitable discussion enables us to work through ideas rapidly and co-create resilient solutions.

Through guided conversations, we try and understand their context, beliefs and limitations. Analysing their existing assets and their competitive landscape equips us with the knowledge to make informed decisions.

Using a human-centred design approach, we collate their business objectives. Through crucial questions, we identify interventions and co-create appropriate solutions.

What makes them unique?

Innovation comes from correctly identifying the core of a business, and improving on it. Talking to our clients and their customer helps us identify their positioning and vision. By discussing problems with numerous and varied stakeholders, we discover areas of pain and promise.

Primary research tools, such as focus groups, surveys, and interviews, further help us identify user aspirations. We use these research methodologies to understand user problems and test quick prototypes.

We also create comprehensive secondary research documents in the form of benchmarking and competitive audits. By studying trends in new technology, we try to find ways in which our customers can incorporate emerging-tech to improve their businesses. Through competitive benchmarking, we learn about innovations in various industries. This knowledge gives our clients a comprehensive picture of where they stand and their path forward.

Our research serves as a foundation for us to develop future proof outcomes collaboratively.

In an effort to give back to the design community, we have been actively consolidating our research in the form of reports, benchmarking documents and opinion pieces. You can learn about this in our journal.

Rapid Prototyping

By creating quick prototypes, we can efficiently validate our assumptions and assess the success of our solutions.

Through workshops with multiple stakeholders, we ideate, build project scopes and test ideas. Since technology is continuously evolving, we use agile frameworks for our ideation and prototyping. The iterative and cross-functional approach favours resilient outputs.

Once a solution has been created, we try to test the outcome with a broader audience. This fresh perspective helps us validate our assumptions and build a user-friendly solution that people want.
